Hyderabad: Twins in Hyderabad aged nine were allegedly exploited for sex work and sexually abused by a neighbour and his teen son for over a year. Their mother allegedly allowed it.
The girls, who study in Class 4, reportedly disclosed the daily abuse to a teacher, who alerted an NGO.
The neighbor Jaffar, 40, and his 16-year-old son have been charged under a stringent law against sexual abuse of children.
The twins have been moved to a rescue home.
According to the NGO, the girls are from Uttar Pradesh and had been living in Hyderabad for a little over a year.
